Measure your body: Take accurate body measurements. Use a flexible measuring tape and follow our guides (video below) on how to measure key areas such as bust, waist, hips, and inseam. For suits, it's advisable to take measurements while wearing the underwear and protective gear like rib protectors and vests you would wear under the suit.
